The VZN MedWalk-003T system is designed for analyzing and treating gait disorders during neurological, orthopedic, or geriatric rehabilitation.
The gait analysis and training system, VZN MedWalk-003T, includes a treadmill, a screen for projecting individual virtual training, and a processing unit.
The developed methodology for developing motor skills promotes the maximum motor activity of patients depending on their level of functional ability.

In the case of spastic movements, VZN MedWalk-003T automatically activates motion control to protect the user. Movement gradually stops, and a "COMPLETED" message appears on the display, requiring user or therapist intervention.
The patient's morale during the rehabilitation process has a direct impact on the healing progress. Therefore, an element of interactivity during exercise not only positively influences the mood but also allows the patient to stay focused and conduct training with benefit and pleasure.
The multifunctional LCD display additionally shows the training process and is located on a special stand with useful shelves for accessories and the patient's personal items.
The stand is equipped with rubber roller chassis, allowing for easy mobility according to the patient's needs.
The VZN MedWalk-003T system features biological feedback. This method is based on information obtained from special sensors on the body, which is captured and transmitted through sound or images and is referred to as feedback. Sensors are attached to specific parts of the body. Their special feature is their ability to capture body movement using electrodes (physiological signals) and transform the information into sound or images using a computer. This way, information about the electrical activity of the heart or brain can be considered. This procedure is painless, as the sensors do not affect the body but merely collect information.
Algorithm for using the VZN MedWalk-003T system:
- the patient is placed in the support frame of the treadmill, a sling system is attached to the body, and straps are secured to the support frame using brackets;
- the patient is connected to a dynamic-type suspension system, eliminating the possibility of mechanical pressure;
- thanks to the system's designed handles, the patient is more confidently and comfortably positioned;
- the system mechanically simulates normal walking movements, enabling the performance of highly effective therapeutic exercises, even for patients with severe movement disorders.
Training Complexity Level.
The training complexity level is automatically adjusted according to the patient's abilities. Based on data collected during training, automatic analysis and treatment of patients are carried out in stages to ensure the integrity and continuity of patient treatment and to provide quality clinical rehabilitation treatment.
Doctors and therapists create treatment protocols according to the functional state of the patients, their cognitive and coordination abilities, and other individual parameters. The plan starts with easy exercises and progresses to more complex ones, resulting in a systematic treatment series. This approach ensures the integrity and continuity of patient treatment and the stability of their balance function.
