The Centrel C23 colposcope belongs to the mid-range of Centrel colposcopes and has the same optical head as the higher-end C43 model. Due to its compact size, the C23 colposcope finds ideal application in private studios where space is a valuable resource. Without a lamp and optical fiber, the C23 actually reduces maintenance costs and increases reliability over time compared to previous generation products with halogen technology. Compared to the S12 model, the C23 colposcope is equipped with a separate binocular tube for using photo-video accessories.
The Centrel C23 colposcope inherited the Z4 Power Led System model, which uses an innovative LED for illuminating the working field with white light and has a lifespan of 35,000 hours. Installing the LED directly on the optical body eliminates the use of optical fibers, increasing light efficiency. Without an optical fiber cable and without a lamp that needs to be periodically replaced, maintenance costs are practically zero. With minimal power consumption and no fan for cooling, it provides completely silent operation.
The compact design, color combination, and harmony of form testify to the precision planning for over forty years, which is characteristic of all Centrel products. The 45° binocular head along with the practical central handle provides better ergonomics. Sleek and lightweight, the C23 finds its best place in a studio where space is valuable.
The ability to make an accurate diagnosis is the first task of a gynecologist, so every detail must be conveyed with the highest accuracy. The exceptional depth of field of the Galilean optical system provides a three-dimensional view and clear contrast of the entire field, minimizing the use of focusing. Three available magnifications are focused on the most commonly used solutions, without making them more complex and expensive.
Multi-layer anti-reflective lens coating and intense coaxial light flux allow the most suitable detail to be transmitted, even inside, in favor of quick and reliable examination. A green filter is available for highlighting vascularization. Eyepieces, both with diopter correction, are equipped with retractable eyecups for spectacle users.
Photocolposcopy is becoming an increasingly common practice for protecting one's profession and providing the patient with a report with photographs. The compact digital camera, applied to the Centrel C23 colposcope, produces high-definition photos and videos that can also be viewed in real-time on an LCD monitor, placed on a trolley or wall-mounted if sharing with ultrasound is needed. In a few seconds, a small sublimation printer produces A6 quality printed photos.

Regarding goods of proper quality (those that function and have no faults), exchange or return is possible only if the product has not been used and has no visible signs of use, such as scratches, chips, or abrasions. Moreover, it is necessary to keep the complete set, integrity of the packaging and all its components, as well as the presence of factory markings and labels.
