VZN SHOCKWAVE S is a unique and easy-to-operate device that allows the use of the advantages of shockwave therapy and electrostimulation.
The device optimizes the principles of shockwave therapy, converting ordinary grid current into wide amplitude oscillations that are transmitted to the tissues.
Muscle electrostimulation is an internationally recognized and proven method of treating muscle injuries. It works by sending electronic impulses to the muscle that needs treatment - this forces the muscle to work passively. When the muscle receives this signal, it contracts as if the brain itself sent this signal. When the signal strength increases, the muscle extends, as during physical exercises. Then, when the impulse stops, the muscle relaxes, and the cycle starts again (stimulation, contraction, and relaxation).
Shockwave therapy is aimed at the affected areas that are the source of chronic pain. The impact of shock waves leads to the dissolution of calcium deposits and results in better vascularization. The consequence of this is relief from pain.
