The VZN-4nb-e5 AURA medical functional 4-section electrically operated bed for immobile patients is designed for use in medical facilities, hospitals, and home care. The bed is intended for patients with various illnesses, as well as for traumatized patients, and is developed considering the requirements for accommodating patients with severe neurovascular and cardiovascular diseases, making it an optimal choice for injured patients.
The bed's base is a bedstead made in the form of a frame structure with one stationary section and three functional sections, the elevation and lowering of which are carried out using an electric drive controlled from a remote control. The bedstead of the bed is a welded steel mesh with a diameter of 4 mm and a cell size of 50x50 mm. The mesh metal base provides maximum ventilation of the mattress area. Removable rails and side panels made of chipboard with a 2 mm plastic edge are attached to the frame.
The bed is equipped with folding side rails to prevent patient falls. Mounts for installing a stand for prolonged infusions are made on the side parts of the frame. Hooks for hanging urinals are fixed at the bottom of the central part of the frame. The bed is a disassemblable structure. It is possible to manufacture a fully welded construction.
All metal parts of the bed are coated with powder-polymer paint resistant to the action of disinfectants. All parts to be painted undergo chemical treatment (phosphating) before coating, which makes the coating more resistant to corrosion and durable in operation. Painting the construction in any color is possible upon agreement with the customer. All materials used in the production of the product are properly certified for use in medical practice. The bed is mounted on four self-orienting wheels, two of which are equipped with brakes, with a diameter of 75 mm with a gray tire that does not leave marks.

Regarding goods of proper quality (those that function and have no faults), exchange or return is possible only if the product has not been used and has no visible signs of use, such as scratches, chips, or abrasions. Moreover, it is necessary to keep the complete set, integrity of the packaging and all its components, as well as the presence of factory markings and labels.
