The medical bed for bedridden patients VZN-4nb-e3 is a functional 4-section bed with electric drive designed for use in medical institutions, medical hospitals, as well as at home. The bed is intended for the placement of patients with various diseases, as well as injured patients, and is developed taking into account the requirements for the placement of patients with severe diseases of the nervous and cardiovascular systems, and is also an optimal choice for injured patients.
The basis of the bed is a bed, made in the form of a frame structure with one stationary section and three functional sections, the lifting and lowering of which is carried out by an electric drive controlled from a remote control. The frame is made of profile thick-walled steel pipe with a section of 20x40. The bed is made of metal slats. The slatted base provides maximum load capacity of the structure. Removable metal side rails with inserts made of chipboard are attached to the frame. The mesh metal base provides maximum ventilation under the mattress.
The frame of the bed and the side parts of the movable head section have limiters that prevent the mattress from shifting during operation. Mounts for hanging urine bags are made on the lower part of the side rails. All metal elements of the structure are covered with powder-polymer paint in white color, resistant to treatment with all possible types of disinfectants and have high wear resistance.
All metal parts of the products undergo chemical preparation (phosphating) before painting, which makes the coating of the product more resistant to corrosion and durable in operation. Painting of the structure with paint of any color is possible by agreement with the customer. All materials used in the production of the product are properly certified for use in medical practice.
