VZN R-Step X1 - this device is specifically designed for the functional rehabilitation of the lower extremities of severely ill patients after strokes, traumatic brain injuries, orthopedics, and other bedridden patients. A coordinated method of lower limb training can improve muscle atrophy and motor disorders caused by joint stiffness and pain, laying a solid foundation for further rehabilitation, and helping patients get out of bed as quickly as possible.
Early bedside rehabilitation promotes the stimulation of compensatory functions of the peripheral and central nervous systems, stimulates brain function remodeling, and facilitates the maximum restoration of motor function by introducing normal movement patterns as soon as possible. At the same time, motor activity can be regulated by sensory activity, and cerebral blood flow can be increased through limb activity, significantly reducing muscle atrophy and strengthening heart function, which cannot be replaced by any medication. Early rehabilitation treatment can reduce the length of hospital stays, decrease mortality, and long-term disability.
The rehabilitation device VZN R-Step X1 can be adjusted in both height and the horizontal plane to meet the needs of each patient and has reliable hand and foot fixation during training.
The device is equipped with biofeedback technology that has a "spasm control" function - if spasms occur, the simulator will stop and alert the medical staff.
